How to make chocolate chip cookies

Step 1 Beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla essence in a mixing bowl until soft and creamy.
     Step 2 (1) Scoop [Sift] flour into mixing bowl.
     Step 3 (2) Add nuts and chocolate bits.
     Step 4 Place two teaspoons of mixture on a greased baking tray.
     Step 5 (3) Bake at 160 c For 15 minutes or until golden brown.
     Step 6 Cool on a tray for 2-3 minutes.
     Step 7 (4) Store [Scoop] in an airtight container.
